I got this space bundled with a truck rental. I only intended to have my stuff in there for the month included in the agreement, and I tried to move out before my time was up. Upon arriving at the site, my code wouldn't work to let me in. So I contacted several different representatives, who all said they would expedite my case. I got charged for a month I didn't want. Finally, this past weekend, I went back and tried my code, and it worked. Nobody ever reached out to let me know the code was good again. I heard from the site manager a couple times, mostly through voicemail. He kept telling me to call him back and set up a time to get my stuff out and refund my month's rent. I called and texted, but got no response. So now, I'd like my money back. Also, you've got mice in that place, judging from the droppings in a couple of my boxes.
