Jean F | First ImpressionsThe people at the storage are working with Morgan Stanley to harass me. They running they running flying monkey and gang stalking against me and most of all the business that I work with the matter where I go, you have a staff member walking out with a phones on the curve of the streets, pulling out U-Haul trucks and line them up in angle around the U-Haul truck. This is what Morgan Stanley is doing with the fly monkeys and your staff was in on it too then they huddle up sometimes you come all hung up together and harass you Morgan Stanley behind this gang stalking and flying monkey .

nikita d | Overall ExperienceStorage facility had a rodent problem. I had boxes and clothes were destroyed. I had a unit for 17 months. I had to ask for traps to be changed out 3 x . There was people living in units.had to call and report this to corporate about 3 months ago. Bathrooms never had toilet paper in them when I went. Garbage in bathrooms always overflowing. When I checked or tried to check out employee was high as a kite and smelled like mariguana. I checked out around 4:30 pm manager had already left. I was unable to checkout. Had to call in to corporate to check out as I was going to be billed another month.
anita r | Overall ExperienceU-Haul in Crystal Minnesota is the best U-Haul place to do business with I had 2 storage units there for the past 4 years and they are the Best There is 2 locations in Burnsville they are not good. They give the U-Haul company a bad name bad reputation 😞
