SABRINA T | First ImpressionsThe facility is well maintained. When you see bugs just remember how close you are to the ocean. The have pest control and there are more dead bug than alive ones because they do pest control. I have recommended this location to a few friends and will continue to do so. The staff is friendly and helpful. You feel welcome. It is one of the best locations I have used and my family has been using U-HAUL since 1985.

gary f | Overall ExperienceI dropped off my keys and turned in everything cards unlocked 🔓 the unit signed. For months I kept receiving threatening letters looked like they were trying to hold my emergency contact accountable for past due balances. I’d called in the problem and I still kept getting threatening letters in the mail to my siblings name. Worse experience ever I didn’t live in corpus and could not return to the Location to dispute the unit charges that were never returned. Terrible service and when I did the return the employee with big piercings in his ear was too buzy with his girlfriend there during business hours that I know my unit was not returned properly.
