Ken G | Overall ExperienceI first asked for a 10x15 storage space coming from Houston on spid and Kostorys On the ground floor because I have issues with my leg I was sent to downtown instead which is not good for me that is why I asked for Kostorys location. I was put in a second floor 10x10 which wasn't enough space I could see daylight coming through the ceiling so I had to go get some caulking just so my sofa and recliner and everything else didn't get ruined then had to jam everything into this tiny little 10x10 space needless to say when I got my stuff out 3 years later everything in there was covered in roaches not the best experience I've ever had at the stores facility and I've been to a bunch I've ran two in my time. The new staff is very friendly and helpful fortunately I was locked down on the very last day because they changed everyone's hours to office hours and didn't tell anyone so I went at 8:00 at night and I couldn't get in. Had to go back the next day and get another truck to go finish getting some of my stuff out.
