I have held rental with U-Haul storage for over 20 yrs at this location. I had the upmost confidence in keeping my most personal belongings in this temperature controlled storage & when I finally emptied out everything, I realized everything was still intact & most belongings in excellent condition! Of the ones that weren't, it was due to my choice not to keep them stored in better containers, boxes or wrapped properly. I couldn't be more pleased with the professional support of the manager Ynez at the Covina location & hee employees who helped me rent a van to haul away my belongings. Everything went smoothly & I closed my storage with some sadness, but also grateful for the protection of my most precious items from my childhood, career & current lifestyle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this U-Haul storage for storage & vehicle rentals to all who need one! Thank you again & I look forward to writing a Google review & Yelp for this location very soon!

I think for the people that lost their homes in the Eaton fire should get a discount. I understand the storage is free for 1 month but unfortunately we need the storage units longer but can’t afford it monthly

Because of that we started pricing others and found another climate controlled facility, with a larger unit, for less than what we'd be paying after the increase. I can't look in your books to say why the prices needed to increase again, and maybe demand allows for it, but it drove us away from your facility.
