Quincy and the entire crew at this location are AMAZING. This was the best service experience i can remember having. The convenience, the simplicity, the helpful crew, even down to the little things, blew my mind. These people care about wheat they are doing and put forth effort to make sure everyone has a stellar experience. I’m just floored. I never was compensated as the insurance company wanted receipts for my things I couldn't provide, had the storage just to keep extras after I moved into my place 2023. So I left it there because I can't risk bringing mice to my home. Otherwise I never had this issue. Never had an issue with uhaul. Kind of just taking the loss. Might of definitely had memorable items that I would of loved to keep. Thanks.
