No light in unit which was inside. Did not asked me if I wanted inside. No one ever on site. Fees went up twice a year and was told if I paid before due date I could keep same price. That never happened. Filthy inside hallway.

Rashidah S | First ImpressionsI rented this unit for two years. As a truck driver, I’m often away, so to avoid cluttering my home, I store my gear in this unit during the off-season. Unfortunately, my storage unit was broken into twice. When I asked the property manager for any camera footage, she ghosted me. That’s a major reason why I’ve decided to leave this facility. Something suspicious also happened while I was home: I received an email stating that my unit door was unsecure and open. But when I went to check, the door was closed and secure. This made me believe that someone at your facility may be staging break-ins. Thankfully, after the first break-in, I removed all valuable items. During the second break-in, the only thing taken was an old Xbox with no real value. Still, I strongly believe this facility needs proper surveillance. I was fortunate that nothing of major value was stolen, and I can afford to replace what was taken—but not everyone can.
