The exit gate was stuck open frequently. They park the uhaul trucks in places where the customer can not make the turn in their personal vehicle. The bathroom door lock is broke. The dumpster never gets emptied. Yes I took photos to confirm this. I had plans to keep my unit for a year but the way they park the trucks making it impossible for me to drive in there I have to have my husband come with me. I moved out after two months.
