ALICE M | Overall ExperienceThe customer service was really bad when I first got there. I was told when I first started I would be able to change my payment date. Once requested they told me I couldn’t. After almost two years of paying late fee’s I literally had to fuss them out for a manager to even call me and she changed the payment date no problem and gave me two months free, that did not compensate for how much I’ve paid in late fees and the horrible customer service. When they call even though the account is documented they are rude. Also they call back to back to back all day. I wouldn’t recommend Uhaul to anyone I have another storage at Extra Storage I’ve been there two years they don’t keep raising the rent they have great customer service and they had no issues changing the payment date
