Rough area of DSM. Staff did their best under the circumstances to make me feel safe. I encountered an issue of people sneaking in and smoking drugs in the facility. Being short staffed it was impossible for employees to keep track of the those people and wait on customers. Overall experience with staff and them helping customers was good.
