Jamie C | Overall ExperienceWhile the facilities are quite nice, and the staff helpful, and friendly, due to the economy, prices have been going up quickly and I could no longer afford to continue to rent. Management was professional, and helpful with my situation, but naturally I’m disappointed that the company itself saw fit to raise the prices so high.
angela S | Overall ExperienceThe GM on location was very helpful she gets a Star/Excellent… Customer Service 800 phone number a 5/Star Excellent Juan and another lady I talked with about a man whom was very nonchalant giving me misinformation about me being charged another month after closing out of my unit… However The GM manager she refunded me because I had paid a month ahead… Because she the GM and 800 customer service agents Excellent is my overall experience and rating. Thanks for checks and balances…
