Terrell H | First ImpressionsI was scrolled by a gentleman employee because I could not find my rental truck on the location he says “the manager” explained to me. Instead of initially assisting me in finding the rental, he admonished me for claiming that I didn’t pay attention to instructions. Even if that occurred, explain it to me again because I am the customer, I paid for the truck and he didn’t seem to be very busy when I asked. Geez.
