Mikayla F | Overall ExperienceI have no idea what is going on with the alarm system, but it goes off whether you put your code in at the front or not. It goes off without fail, every time I opened my unit and then gets shut off after about twenty seconds. It does not seem to be a terribly effective system unless it is user error. If the latter is the case, then there needs to be some better signage to instruct patrons.

Gayle E | Overall ExperienceAfter the initial few months, which went well, there was nearly ALWAYS a row of U-Haul trucks parked directly in front of our units. We would have to squeeze in between them to get to our units, then maneuver through them with whatever item(s) we were retrieving. These trucks also made the space darker and less safe, since we couldn’t see whether someone might be in the many shadows. And as the convenience of our storage units declined, the monthly rates continued to increase; the final rent amount was 50% higher than our starting rate.
