SAMUEL M | Overall ExperienceThe manager there denied our access to our units they current and never communicated to us why or when he did it. I actually never met the manager, but don’t know any reason why the minute he got into the office we could no longer access our things. There’s no communication and a friend of mine who also stores there just became 30 days past due and for my understanding that’s not Grounds for an auction or removal of their things, but she was texted from his personal phone after store hours in a very rude and demanding tone asking did she even want her stuff or not. I thought it was 45 to 60 days at least before a unit is cut open and a photo is taken of it to put it up for auction or just throw the things out. I feel that was very unprofessional for her and for my family I will not rent here anymore and I will not recommend anybody to rent Here. The storage manager Catera was very helpful in assisting us further so thank you for your assistance and clear communication.
Xav S | Overall ExperienceI should have stored my belongings with U-Haul from the beginning. I have been renting from Public Storage for the past 5 1/2 years and I have encountered nothin but problems I had while at Public Storage. From rodents infesting one my units, to one of my units being broken into. I had four units with Public Storage, two for the last 5 1/2 years and the newest two since January 2025. Public Storage employees rambled through my units opening up boxes and containers that my movers packed down securely. They stole my belongings and then sold one of my units off after 5 1/2 years of storage with them. I already feel 100% more comfortable with my belongings being stored at U-Haul. The security that you guys offer and the overall feeling that you guys care about my belongings just as much as I do. I’ve only had my belongings in your storage for two days now and I feel like my things are safe and secure. I need to let everyone know that U-Haul storing is the place to be.
