The manager there denied our access to our units they current and never communicated to us why or when he did it. I actually never met the manager, but don’t know any reason why the minute he got into the office we could no longer access our things. There’s no communication and a friend of mine who also stores there just became 30 days past due and for my understanding that’s not Grounds for an auction or removal of their things, but she was texted from his personal phone after store hours in a very rude and demanding tone asking did she even want her stuff or not. I thought it was 45 to 60 days at least before a unit is cut open and a photo is taken of it to put it up for auction or just throw the things out. I feel that was very unprofessional for her and for my family I will not rent here anymore and I will not recommend anybody to rent Here. The storage manager Catera was very helpful in assisting us further so thank you for your assistance and clear communication.
Xav S | Overall ExperienceI should have stored my belongings with U-Haul from the beginning. I have been renting from Public Storage for the past 5 1/2 years and I have encountered nothin but problems I had while at Public Storage. From rodents infesting one my units, to one of my units being broken into. I had four units with Public Storage, two for the last 5 1/2 years and the newest two since January 2025. Public Storage employees rambled through my units opening up boxes and containers that my movers packed down securely. They stole my belongings and then sold one of my units off after 5 1/2 years of storage with them. I already feel 100% more comfortable with my belongings being stored at U-Haul. The security that you guys offer and the overall feeling that you guys care about my belongings just as much as I do. I’ve only had my belongings in your storage for two days now and I feel like my things are safe and secure. I need to let everyone know that U-Haul storing is the place to be.

Clinton m | Overall ExperienceTo whom this may concern: On 08/03 I came to move out of storage spoke to Javier he said everything had been taken and he was unable to assist us with getting into storage. So I had to get someone to drill out lock. I returned to the facility on Tuesday speaking to Makayla and Katerra (who stated she was the manager). I cleaned and vacated the storage unit as of 8/4/2025 as I was unable to access on the 08/03/2025. I turned in the keys on 8/5/2025. I am requesting a refund as the storage was already paid for the month . I understand that I may have to pay a prorated amount for the days that the unit was occupied up until the date that the keys were turned but I would like a refund as I made every effort to get moved out. Ida R | Overall ExperienceI had a terrible experience with Uhaul storage & I will never rent here again. There was a water leakage in my unit causing MOLD on ALL of my belongings, including my $2500 couch that was still fairly new. I have pictures & videos. The property hadn’t been inspected since 2022 & in Texas this is ILLEGAL. I have a picture of the most recent inspection as well. I filed a claim through their insurance RepWes. Terrible customer service, my claim was denied without even speaking with an adjuster or them coming to adjust the unit. I’ve called for months but I was always told someone will call me back, & I still haven’t heard from anyone. Very janky business, looking at reviews they do this to all claims. So paying for the added insurance was a SCAM. I took matters into my own hands & removed what I could that was SAFE & got a unit with Public Storage. I won’t even rent a truck from this company ever again. If I see any charges on my credit, I will dispute them, report this company to the BBB, & file a lawsuit with the evidence I have.
Treasure W | Overall ExperienceThe staff was friendly and helpful when around. I wish to have stayed longer but the issues with trucks blocking access and inconsistency of rule enforcement finally became too much. I found a place that had equivalent storage but more convenient access through the facility. The facility was typically not clean and the truck parking was always in the way of access. The gate was left open for the last couple of weeks.
Kevin A | Overall ExperienceI have rented a storage at 2 other times with this exact location. I have had this storage unit since March of 2023 and my experience was very pleasant and the staff and customer service was always curteous. My only issue was that the montly payments went up yearly and sometimes things got a little hard. I have finanally returned to Dallas and have cleaned and closed my storage. I am truly greatful that my things were protected and this place has really kind to me!
