Everyone was very helpful. It was easy to access as well as speaking to staff about any questions we had.
MICHAEL B | Overall ExperienceThe manager that works there Steve is a great, super nice, understanding and wonderful person that works w you and understands life happens!!!! The facility is very clean! Everything is fantastic there. The only MEGA down fall I would say is the lighting and if you have to deal with the young kids that work there, good luck! They are rude and disrespectful. One that name is Kaden. He will not listen to you and over talks you w just repeating himself as he doesn’t care and doesn’t act like he can hear you and all you get is a repeated response from him. He doesn’t know how to communicate w customers or how to treat/deal w the community at all. Definitely needs a class on common knowledge and understanding how the speak with people in general. Very very rude and very disrespectful. He’s like talking to a robot that only knows 2 sentences that is on repeat. As most of the kids there also play as they are the actual manager so be on the outlook for that. Other than the children that work there the place is great! Steve is fantastic!!! Great place to use for all your needs! Only complaint would be the kids that work there. 5 stars all the way!!!!! Except the lighting is hard w night falls can’t see to get into the unit and the kids that work there.
