Chris V | Overall ExperienceI asked about future charges and was told that it would automatically charge my card. I was never told that I had to set up auto pay. Because of this is missed the payment date and was charged $20. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who said she couldn't help me that I will need to reach out to the local person. That person never answers their phone. I sent an email and didn't get a reply. A spilled can of soda lays in the aisle for days. A homeless guy was sleeping in his storage unit. Sadly I'm not impressed with this place

Patrick F | Overall ExperienceSam in particular was super helpful with the formal move out process checking out of my storage unit, but I also appreciate the store manager as well for his and others help throughout the last few months (February to May) I had quite a the hectic spring and appreciate the understanding but professional staff that has seen me through it all. I did have some personal issues along the way that caused me some frustration, but I also know that I have used Uhaul in the past both for self storage and for truck rentals and know that they deserve the 5 out of 5 stars across all of my experiences moving in Eau Claire.
