Three exposures over the 12 years, rodent damage in the first unit (even with coverings), water damage in another, and debris damages in a third. Only one insurance claim from the water damage which did not cover the FMV of the items damaged and loss. They seem to have done some upgrades over the years. Yet this storage experience has changed my storage preference to indoo storage units. Never had a problem with staff, very professional, empathetic, compassionate, and helpful. The grounds are clean so the rodent exposure was suprising, especially how they got through the covers.
