Hard to find storage unit

Jeffry p | Overall ExperienceYour customer service people are rude and clueless. Anytime I called they were hard to deal with and pretended not to understand what I needed. Terrible terrible customer service! Never ever will I store anything at this facility. Not to mention, somehow they cut my old locks and put on new ones and I didn't know until weeks later. When I couldn't get into my units, I called the number and my god, the run around and blaming and again, terrible customer service. They were not helpful at all! Your entire staff needs to be removed!!
