Thomas J | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit I got originally had an issue with the door sliding up and down. I dealt with it for a while until one day I was unable to open and close the door at all. Luckily one of the employees was able to fix this on the spot, but I had to wait until the next day to have this done as I came into the unit after hours. Also, the price of these units are very expensive. It would have been more manageable had my unit not cost so much.
TRENT H | Overall ExperienceMr Jackson and the other staff are not only curtious but very professional to all of us (customers). For the past three weeks I’ve rented small trucks for a move and they make sure the seat is comfortable, that I know how to open,close, and lock the back door . Remind me to check the amount of fuel. I have recommended this U-Haul to others and will be happy to do so again!

Unacceptable

Ilona M | Overall ExperienceI asked for a climate controlled unit. My furniture was not in one. Most of it was ruined through water damage. I will NEVER use UHual again, nor will I ever recommend them. Plus I moved out on the 29th not the 2nd. Get it together UHual, I will probably go to court over this.

Te H | Overall ExperienceThere were always issues with being able to pull into the u haul parking lot.. trucks everywhere no parking for customers It was very problematic When there were no parking on the residential streets. Evanston is known for parking restrictions.
