The storage unit was a good size, but could have used a bit more lighting. I feel the price was very high and continued to go up with no changes made for customer's convenience.

Michael V | Online Move InI rate it poor because of the size of the unit. I was told and they advertise it as 10x10x6. It was and I did indeed measure, it was 9.5x9.4x6 and the floor was made of wood and my things were damaged. No elevators, but had the nerve to have a second floor. Whomever built this storage unit only had money in mind, not the consumer needs.
