This transition was not handled well as customer phone numbers were jumbled and incorrect and my promotional rate was not carried over. I was on autopay but this had to be removed and I now must call in each month to have it processed along with the credit. Dakota was very nice and helpful but I would expect UHAUL to have a better transition process for acquisitions such as this.
