All the member of this facility was great really helpful understanding caring and do an excellent job but my highest regard go out to the manager Miss Bennett she's specially and highly experience in her job she's very caring and understanding and very helpful I would recommend her as a manager to anyone and all the workers there are great workers all the best to this facility I will recommend them to anybody who will listen to me and I'm 62
ROSE P | First ImpressionsI feel bad giving such a low score, because the staff, etc were so sweet. But the facility is filthy. The temperature in there was crazy high - it absolutely should not be called “climate controlled.” Doors were always broken. The amount of money I paid each month for the quality of the storage unit makes zero sense.
Alice W | Overall ExperienceThe people were great. The inside storage facility was very hot. No AC or ventilation. Moving two 10 by 10 units in the heat, was a bit much ! If I ever need storage again it will be outside, or else where!
THOMAS C | Overall ExperienceHad a reservation for a specific size storage unit but when I got to the location with a moving truck to unload I was advised that they did not have the size unit I had reserved.
Todd N | First ImpressionsIt was a misunderstanding with the first lady that helped me because I thought she had already did the unit, but she hadn’t. She just did the truck, but I wasn’t aware of that. I was thinking it was both so it could’ve been a misunderstanding on my part too, but in all, it was still good service.
