We are very disappointed with our experience. Our belongings were damaged by mice in your storage unit. Several items were chewed through or ruined, poop urine in kids stuff and this could have been prevented with proper pest control. We trusted your facility to keep our things safe and were let down. This was not what we expected from a professional storage service.
MAKSYM N | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit was damaged and full of water my things got damaged and couldn't get my things because they were full of mold and everything was lost. The things that I got out were full of water and mold. I'm 65 years of age and c believe it was lost and it made me sick. They changed me $475 dollars to get the rest of it out . So I will not be renting from them and recommend that no one do so I had that unit for over three years.

JAMES M | First ImpressionsThe fact that there is no attendant available to grant entry during technology failures is a turn off. Denying access to the facility off office hours when renter has a need during their access hours is a major problem. Especially if the load presents a major problem to keep i.e. mattress, large pieces of furniture that require a rental truck to move. It’s not ok to say come back at 7AM. There needs to an attendant able to unlock and allow entry.

SANTO A | First ImpressionsThe rats peed alot and left huge droppings all over everything I had in storage for 6 years. The messes I had to clean are horrible and toxic, as you know rats leave nasty excrements behind and those rats must’ve been huge! At least 5 times a year we would have to go sanitize and sweep in the unit. The rats were chewing through the plastic ceiling of the unit and dropping right down through it he compromise. I saw scary looking people living in the units that face Broward Blvd. It absolutely blew my mind and it made me afraid to come to access my unit unless the office as open. The people inside the office were very kind to me. They work great and I had a great experience with that. I don’t like the fact that if you don’t pay your storage same day it’s due, they lock you out of your storage the very next day. Zero grace period. That policy needs to be revisited and you need to have some mercy on people and real world issues and give them at least a 3-5 grace period to make make their payment and not get locked out if their units. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience.
