ANNETTE C | First ImpressionsThe manager need Customer service skill, the young lady who drive the red car is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t check the truck with you. They double charge you for gas. They have attitude like they don’t want work. couldn’t get in the storage room after 7 PM because my code will not work. I keep telling them that the young lady in the red car keep telling me oh it’s nothing we can do about it. The system is down. How long will it supposed to be down? They have no idea. I asked to reprogram my code for to see it. Will it work? She refuse to do that that whole staff at Broward storage U-Haul need to be replaced. They are very ghetto and need to learn Customer Service and they need to learn that the customers are always right that store. I would never recommend no one to rent a U-Haul from or a storage from.

Terri E | Overall ExperienceIt took me too long to get inside the locked doors. IT took so long for the staff to come help me, I had anxiety attack. I left. And there is no reason to go up in price once you're already in. I'm on a fixed income.
Tracy W | Overall ExperienceHORRIBLE, the most rude, unprofessional and disorganized u-haul facility I have ever been tooo!!! they first gave me a storage unit that was someone else’s, then they gave me another storage unit and told me HOURS after I moved in that I had to move my stuff out … I told them that was inconvenient and just not possible so they DENIED my access back into the unit even AFTER I paid. The manager was rude and not helpful, the staff was super unprofessional. I have NO access to my stuff and yet they charged my card & still want me to move it.

They went out of the way to make sure you had all you needed and what I needed for my move. It was a smooth move for me because I was not stressed about where my things were and if they were gonna be safe. The location was great as well for me. 10 STARS!!
