The storage unit leaked water in to my unit ruining some shirts, a quilt, and bed sheets.

Several items were chewed through or ruined, poop urine in kids stuff and this could have been prevented with proper pest control. We trusted your facility to keep our things safe and were let down. This was not what we expected from a professional storage service.
MAKSYM N | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit was damaged and full of water my things got damaged and couldn't get my things because they were full of mold and everything was lost. The things that I got out were full of water and mold. I'm 65 years of age and c believe it was lost and it made me sick. They changed me $475 dollars to get the rest of it out . So I will not be renting from them and recommend that no one do so I had that unit for over three years.

JAMES M | First ImpressionsThe fact that there is no attendant available to grant entry during technology failures is a turn off. Denying access to the facility off office hours when renter has a need during their access hours is a major problem. Especially if the load presents a major problem to keep i.e. mattress, large pieces of furniture that require a rental truck to move. It’s not ok to say come back at 7AM. There needs to an attendant able to unlock and allow entry.
