Several items were chewed through or ruined, poop urine in kids stuff and this could have been prevented with proper pest control. We trusted your facility to keep our things safe and were let down. This was not what we expected from a professional storage service.

The things that I got out were full of water and mold. I'm 65 years of age and c believe it was lost and it made me sick. They changed me $475 dollars to get the rest of it out . So I will not be renting from them and recommend that no one do so I had that unit for over three years.
