The codes weren’t explained when I made the reservation in line so I didn’t know it was a gate code and not a unit code.

NATHANIEL D | Overall ExperienceWe love U-Haul in Fountain Hills. They have been SO accommodating! They work for the customer, no doubt about it. They worked closely with us to compare U-Boxes to PODS (from Costco), and they were definitely less expensive. In addition, it was so much easier to load 3 U-Boxes rather than one large POD, and it allowed us to separate things for ease of unloading. Mostly boxes in one, furniture in another, deco items in another. SO many blankets were included too! Highly recommend.

We always choose this facility because it is convenient but also because the staff here are the most helpful, the friendliest and most courteous anywhere. I have lived in 9 different states and moved countless times in my lifetime and I have to say that the people that work at this U-haul facility are the best. Always a pleasure to know that when you walk in you are going to be treated as if you were their friend and eager to help you in anyway they can! People appreciate that.
