First general manager that I worked with, Trevon, was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. At some point over the last 2 years he moved on and was replaced with Dee. Dee is far less than helpful so much so that I chose to cancel ny storage contract. And when I have tried to contact u-haul 6 times to cancel my contract before the due date of the payment. Not only was the contract not closed but they started sending me dunning notices. I followed all the steps I needed to follow to close the contract on my side. Amd u-haul has failed to do their part. Additionally the app does not work as the instructions claim how you should close out the storage unit.

The prices very consistently go up, all while at the same time the number of people actively living in storage units also goes up. I feel like I was punished financially because other people are misusing the facility. I had two storage units, and when I finally stopped using them my monthly cost was nearly 400 dollars. When you pay that kind of money you shouldn’t be concerned with who is living in a storage unit next to you. Please take this seriously. This facility is not safe in its current state. You have a revolving population of vagrants. Someday one of them will die in this facility or hurt someone who is doing the right thing.
