Sean D | First ImpressionsThis is my third time renting from this facility. Very happy with the location, cleaniness of the facility and friendly staff. Luke opened this rental for me and was great to work with. I asked for a specific building and he was able to accommodate. They were busy when I arrived but he made me feel like a valued customer. Also as I was unloading my vehicle, it was nice to see the young lady cleaning the building. Usually people just walk around with a cart, but she was actually wiping things down and sweeping. She needs recognition as showing that facility is truly maintained.

Stacy L | Overall ExperienceFirst general manager that I worked with, Trevon, was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. At some point over the last 2 years he moved on and was replaced with Dee. Dee is far less than helpful so much so that I chose to cancel ny storage contract. And when I have tried to contact u-haul 6 times to cancel my contract before the due date of the payment. Not only was the contract not closed but they started sending me dunning notices. I followed all the steps I needed to follow to close the contract on my side. Amd u-haul has failed to do their part. Additionally the app does not work as the instructions claim how you should close out the storage unit.
