The problem of homeless people breaking in to this spots isn’t and shouldn’t be my concern when I’m paying you all to ensure the property is safe for my things. Impossible to move your own things after hours due to the simplistic pad lock method they blessed us with. To be clear I’m not blaming a single employee. Blame is placed upon Joe who consistently buys property in crime riddled neighborhoods so he can overcharge working people for a storage room. Billionaires like him keep us just poor enough to keep needing their services but won’t invest back into said community because rent prices are just low enough for him not to care about you. This review will be followed up with formal complaints to corporate management and consumer protection agencies if these security and access issues are not addressed immediately. Paying customers deserve reliable access, basic security, and accountability not excuses. Until meaningful changes are made, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone who values their time, safety, or property.
