My husband passed a couple months before and I sold the house. Had more stuff than I needed now. I needed a place asap but still needed to look through the boxes. I’ve been donating a lot of stuff to multiple sites. I was running out of time to do this last part. Getting this clean convenient unit took a lot of stress from me. Hugh was very helpful with my situation. I’m glad you have managers with the kindness he gave me when I was so stressed.

Estralita A | Overall ExperienceI got there yesterday and I was able to log into the pad and sing in but then it wouldn't let me in the building I tried every pad thing and it just said denied denied denied. I checked the number multiple times and yes it was correct but it still wouldn't let me in
Dementia M | Online Move InCouldn't figure out how to check in to our storage unit to get the gate open the gentleman wasn't that helpful I was out there for enough hours to pass that by the time I figured out how to check in for my access code to work the place was closed! I would think that access hours mean when you can go into your storage unit but that's just a drop trucks off apparently

They quote you a price over the phone and when you get to the facility they tell you a total different amount and come up with reasons that the amount increased & a different size storage unit and truck. That staff were the worst of the worst. I will never deal with them again. Rude, Inconsiderate, liars.
