How U-Haul Reviews WorkI think this location and the staff who helped me are doing a really great job. They were helpful, courteous, explained everything I needed to know and didn't over do the customer service so much it felt fake. I was pleased I chose UHaul for my storage needs.
Mikel G | Online Move InBeen there for about six years got little expensive
Cindy P | Overall ExperienceThank you!
Gulnara M | Overall ExperienceAbsolutely would recommend this facility. Everyone I dealt with from a Truck Rental 18 months ago. To keep my stuff, safe, clean and dry you have a beautiful clean facility? Your staff goes above and beyond in their job. And again, I would highly recommend to anyone in East County to come see you.
Mark F | Overall ExperienceI get the hours because I was a new person I can only get in there at a certain time. Also I feel like there need to be a dumpster in the inside of the fence area so if we move out we can throw stuff away.
Alfredo B | Overall ExperienceAll the staff I dealt with were very helpful with questions and services.
BRIAN H | First ImpressionsI APPRECIATED ALL THE ASSISTANCE THAT I RECEIVED!!! SOME OF IT DATES BACK 6+ YEARS!!!
Maureen P | First ImpressionsI added 2 more units to my 1 previous unit, so I already knew they were secure and very helpful.
Robin M | Online Move InExcellent employees good deals couldn't pass it up.
Christopher F | First ImpressionsMr Hugh was great all the way around
AVERY P | Overall ExperienceWould be 5 star but had to many issues with the card system for getting in, and tight space with a full size truck. Other then those things which are fairly minor, all was great.
KEVIN K | Overall ExperienceMy MOVE IN DATE IS NOT 3.9.2026.....it's 3.14.2026. One month FREE. First payment due on April 14, 2026.
Marta L | First ImpressionsWe were only there 2 months, but very happy with everything.
