All around it was a good experience. The only constructive feedback we would have is when we were trying to scale down to a smaller unit there recently we found that process to be quite challenging otherwise we would have stayed longer. There was no waiting list for example, and the availability of the units on the website didn't seem to match the reality when we called. And we were advised to call frequently to check which was not very convenient. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and helpful & always willing to answer questions and give us hand and the facility was good.

The staff at the desk, the truck handlers, and the cleanning lady in the storage are all amazing, give them raises! The actualy facility needs upgrades for ingress and egress. But the staff make the experince superior.

Nathan F | First ImpressionsThe online move-in was extremely appreciated but just wasn't executed like it outlined. There was an existing lock on the unit that we had to get front desk to remove, and then the rental lock that came with the unit was not provided in the unit so we had to go back to front desk to grab one. Otherwise, the staff was kind and helpful (but not quite friendly). Had it planned out exactly as described as completely self serve/independent, I would genuinely rave about it

But I thank the good Lord for Brandon and I believe her name is Michelle for their kindness and their help. I dont normally post about storage because well its storage. But this particular uhaul has gone well above and beyond to take care of me a customer. They dont just show up and do their job. They treat you like family and work to find out the best solutions for your needs and lend an ear and a hand. I appreciate you guys and may God Bless you .
