There was an existing lock on the unit that we had to get front desk to remove, and then the rental lock that came with the unit was not provided in the unit so we had to go back to front desk to grab one. Otherwise, the staff was kind and helpful (but not quite friendly). Had it planned out exactly as described as completely self serve/independent, I would genuinely rave about it

But I thank the good Lord for Brandon and I believe her name is Michelle for their kindness and their help. I dont normally post about storage because well its storage. But this particular uhaul has gone well above and beyond to take care of me a customer. They dont just show up and do their job. They treat you like family and work to find out the best solutions for your needs and lend an ear and a hand. I appreciate you guys and may God Bless you . Thank you doesn't seem like enough..but I truly appreciate all you have done.
