There was a lady that seemed to be having a bad day and she just had gotten there didn’t get her name but she was an older white lady long grey haul and glasses. I have 2 storages there and rent trucks all the time she Jaye wasn’t pleasant or very helpful Godfrey was assisting me and asked her to complete my new order and because she seemed unwilling he finished my order, customer service should be first in any establishment she needs to work on that
