shavon l | Overall ExperienceAfter miss i’ve never said I wanna walk last nightplacing our keys and using U-Haul for the first time our stuff was kept in the unit for about two months. We called multiple times and at first we were told they would have to call a locks smith to come out to brake the lock and that we would hear back from them. A week went by and then we kept calling getting through to customer service two times and they reached out to the manager but we never got a call. I was ready to take my belongings out and on a crunch time to remove my stuff before the next month would kick in. We felt service was lacking in communication and clarity. Situation is.
