JANE S | Overall ExperienceEverything was fine while using the unit, but by the end, I had a lot of trouble moving out. Staff wasn't in store for an entire 15 minutes before close, and I was charged for another month after I had moved out of the unit, despite being told by staff I wouldn't. I had to make multiple calls before customer service eventually resolved the issue, but by then it had already negatively impacted my peronal accounts. I cannot recommend this location in good faith.

She don’t want to let me speak and continually rushed me off the phone and kept saying she didn’t know and wasn’t willing to try to help. I as very upset and felt belittled by her attitude
