You can never get them to call you back or not put you on hold and forget about you. We tried to inform them 6 different days that we were leaving and after speaking with the main 800 number was told to just empty it and leave the door open. We did, they still kept trying to charge my card which I thankfully caught but it has been a nightmare just to say we were done and trying to close out. We have since received the close out email but wanted to let you all know for the next customers that it has to be an easier way to speak with staff other than driving in to the office.

Parking for disability is not good at all. You’ll need more parking for disability disabled people but the young ladies in the front specially the manager were awesome. Awesome. Awesome people to work with very kind very courteous and they knew their job. Appreciate them. Appreciate you guys for hiring them.

william n | Overall ExperienceMy storage is all the way down a hallway up a flight of stairs. You all should have elevators for people who are moving. No one wants to move a whole apartment up a flight of stairs after unloading it out of a truck. It's just exhausting. Also the units should be bigger for the price that they cost.
