The experience of it all was good but towards the end of experience it just got hard financially

And I certainly would never send anyone else there. It was so bad that I ended up recording the interaction. Ask her for her name she refused to give it to me which I thought was illegal. I literally had to wait till she answered the phone to figure out what her name was.

JANE S | Overall ExperienceEverything was fine while using the unit, but by the end, I had a lot of trouble moving out. Staff wasn't in store for an entire 15 minutes before close, and I was charged for another month after I had moved out of the unit, despite being told by staff I wouldn't. I had to make multiple calls before customer service eventually resolved the issue, but by then it had already negatively impacted my peronal accounts. I cannot recommend this location in good faith.
