The storage stall was very clean and right across from the elevator! Tha bathrooms are awesome and spotless! I was very much impressed.

Kelley B | Overall ExperienceYour reservation specialist promised a 10x 15 unit. We secured our reservation with a credit card. We arrived and they were expecting us but only had 5x10 units. Arriving on a Sat at 4pm meant your system was unavailable to allow 3 units to be combined. Our moving truck driver managed to fit things in but without any chance of access in the future. I believe I was the victim of bait and switch and you put your local GM in an untenable situation. 3 small units is not the same. You should commend your staff for handling a very upset customer well. Then today I got an email that I missed my check it. Your centralized system is not well regarded.

CODY J | First ImpressionsYou didn’t have large enough units available for us so we ended up with three smaller units of 5 x 10, 10 x 10, and a 10 x 15, unfortunately you don’t have any promotions giving anybody a deal when they use multiple units. That would be my biggest complaint.

We also rented Uhaul trucks multiple times - always a great experience with clean trucks that ran well. Uhaul definitely was a positive contributor to our lengthy moving process over more than 3 years.
