Upon arrival we were not greeted, and then given our paperwork with no explanation or where the truck I rented was. The General Manager was working Stephanie I believe. Did not help with information or how to locate our rental. Which I may add is absolutely unnecessary. How is it the paying customer has to locate their rental, and then continue the process of completing the rental agreement. I personally will not come to this location again, due to the lack of communication with picking and dropping off rentals.
