Gloria T | First ImpressionsAccess is supposed to be until 10pm but absolutely no access after the store closes. I rented a U-Haul truck and a storage unit at the same time. I had only 24 hours to be out of the apartment I was leaving and was doing multiple trips to unload the loaded truck. When i arrived at 8pm to unload the truck, the card I was given didn’t work, the access code didn’t work and when I called the help desk, I was told that I would have to wait until the next day when the store opened and I had to explain that was not an option for me because I had a loaded truck and still had more items in the apartment that needed to be loaded. I was on the phone with U-Haul for exactly 47 minutes and by the time I was finally able to get access, (after crawling under a broken bay door) I only had 40 minutes left to unload and put me behind on getting the rest of the items out, so I ended up have to call into work the next day so that I could finally finish unloading.
