On move out I buzzed the front office andKolby immediately came and used his code to let me in the building. Had it been after office hours that would’ve been a major inconvenience.

Laren B | Overall ExperienceI requested because I never even went to the unit and did it as a back up to cancel it before it would charge me because it was free for one month and the staff member ignored me, ignored my request and then once when it was able to be charged, though it was obvious I never access it or use the code to access once never moved in as the staff member Sent me a message of I’m pretty upset trying to deal with the fact that now I’m being charged for a full month and fees, though I never used it. I’m very disappointing U-Haul and will never recommend it or use it again unless corporate handles this appropriately considering I have done nothing but invest money the past few years and always use them always pay my balance always done it right Until this experience which was horrible, including picking up my trailer, paying an extra five dollars for assistance and the guy slammed the door claiming they were not open until someone else showed up needing to also drop off their truck because he was busy playing PlayStation five inside the office Ridiculous..
