Great staff very helpful. Great Manager Jennifer went up and beyond for me and my family. I was having a horrible day from the movers canceled at the last minute I arrive at me new residence to find out my place wasn’t ready. I rented a truck I couldn’t use I was in a bad spot. I walked into the the U-Haul on Midtown and the whole staff was friendly. Jennifer helped me get my unit and was so patient with me although I was being a pain in the butt seeing how my day was going. Jennifer made my day . She was very professional and made a difference in my day in a positive way. Thank you

We ended up in looping to find the unit (numbers hidden behind a parked uhaul) and in doing so "checking ourselves out". The staff was most helpful and set us straight. The lock left for us by mgmt was AWESOME and so appreciated!
