Because I had thing in the storage I had to buy out from a bitter boyfriend and he was holding my things there and it was for 3 months I talked to the people at the facility and everything but they would not get him there give me no information or anything so after 3 months I buy the storage from him put it in my name and I paid that month but font have money to continue to pay with that being said no one told me the day of the payment but I no there’s a grace period it was due on the 3rd they say but I got everything out on the 5th that’s not right and he said I have a balance I need for that to be taken off because I no it’s not true

My move-in experience did not happen due to a power outage at the facility. This is a major disruption to my relocation process, as the storage facility was my first stop after 19 hours of driving to Houston. I will be back first thing in the morning with the expectation that the doors be manually opened if the power still hasn’t been restored or that my reservation be transferred to another comparable facility. I’m hopeful that management can make this right.
