Louis D | First ImpressionsI was broken into twice in the time I rented and lost in excess of $10,000 in items. Stop advertising as a high security facility which this is not. No help with security footage or police assistance. Disappointing.

Carolyn C | Overall ExperienceMy rating for the storage facility is primarily due the customer service, the issue lies with the staff. While the manager was very helpful, the ladies at the front desk were rude and showed a lack of respect for customers. One of them, in particular, treated me terribly. When I asked for information about the contract, she rolled her eyes and responded in a very disrespectful manner. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. I trust this issue will be addressed, as I believe the facility has great potential. Thank you for your time and consideration.
