Kathryn M | Overall ExperienceNo, I did not move in.. The manager apparently texted and emailed me letting me know she would only be available at 11:30. I did see a text, however, I did not notice her availability.. When I arrived at 1pm she was not there, I finally called the number for after hours and was told she is closed and cannot help me until Monday. I wish she would have called me as I was extremely busy packing and cleaning and did not check email's. This just added to the stress of dealing with this move.. Bottom line pay attention and make sure you take the time to read the hours of operation as well as her availability..

CHRIS P | Overall ExperienceThe facility has 24-hour keycode access, so access was never an issue. The manager was always pleasant and helpful over email but seems cranky in person and over the phone; apparently face-to-face customer service is not her strong suit. Office hours are limited, not 9-5 as one might expect. There was evidence of mice in the unit, but then again we opted for a non-climate controlled unit, so maybe that's on us. Overall it was a good experience, thank you.
