Donnette H | Overall ExperienceI would of scored higher but trying to unload was an absolute nightmare and the way the vehicles were parked made it ridiculously hard to access the door. The mounds of ice made the dolly almost useless. After all of that I was fortunate enough to find a spot but there was no where to go for the people who had to wait for us to finish before they could start. The staff was amazing and the place is clean. I just wish they would do something about the rest.

I was there a number of times during the busiest week of the year around Sep 1 when tons of people are moving and need storage, trucks, and supplies and are generally stressed and rushing. Despite this chaos and intensity the staff remind calm, cool, and kind consistently. It was not just one staff member either, I had this experience with many of them!
