Very friendly and helpful
Michael V | Overall ExperienceI loved having my storage at U-Haul . Unfortunately I had some serious family issues with sickness and death. I was late on my payments a couple times. The late fees made it worse, because of the tremendous cost the late fees added I was forced to remove my things and sign a settlement agreement remove my stuff in 72 hours, while dealing with funeral arrangements and family. I appreciate my life not being sold to the highest bidder, I’m sad I had no choice in the situation.

laura b | First ImpressionsEaster Sunday it took me 1.5 hours to get the truck rented due to your web site then it showed up twice in my bank which locked my card for the weekend. The second truck rental was a huge problem. We arrived at muncie at 1030pm to find none of the doors would open even thow we had 24 hr access. No response from manager which she explained to me the following day. She compensated me with a free day of truck rental which I am wondering if I can use that in a few weeks? I was left to unload the truck alone since everyone else was working that wanted to help me the night before. I got the truck turned in on time. Facility is very nice and so are all the staff.
