Allan B | Overall ExperienceMy U-Haul helper was phenomenal Celeste from 20a Sheridan Blvd I reserved one room online and showed up maybe 10 minutes before closing and on top of that I was having issues completing the process wouldn’t accept my cards. Celeste was so patient so helpful and knowledgeable and comforting that I would recommend them to anyone. at this point in the day, there was no other options. Stores were closed, and I was in a diet situation that she patiently helped me out with.
Ronald W | Online Move InI rented a van got the storage room for free one month I case I needed it didn’t use it or needed it called and asked when it eas ended lady said 27th of February I closed it yesterday now there saying I own $50 dollars for what I’m not pleased feel I don’t have to pay anything I like the service as well as the truck rental but I will not use again was not explained why I have to pay and I got my key off in time
