Only suggestion would be to have an individual code to access the storage area vice the same one for everyone entering. Very pleased and rented for about 10 years!

I have stored items at other facilities here in Jacksonville and my experience with your facility was far better than any of those. The units that I have rented are always in great condition and clean. My only negative comment is that the gate to enter the property is still broken and won't close so anyone can drive through which leaves a huge vulnerability and security issue.
