Cheryl K | Overall ExperienceSpoke with Jessica on 9/9/25 about coming to pick my things up on the 11th, she sent a settlement through email the same day told me to sign it which I did. I drove all the way to Kentucky from arkansas to get my storage like she said I could do, only for the GM to tell me it sold in auction the same day I talked to Jessica and she said they wouldn’t put it up for auction and I could get it on the 11th.

Charles B | First ImpressionsUpon opening our storage unit to get our stuff out of it notice that there was Mouse Poop in the unit all over our furniture. Now we have to go and get our couches bed and Furniture professionally clean because of the poop and urine that was all over it. On top of that we went to get two items that we left in the storage unit out and put the code in the machine and we were denied access but luckily we were able to get our stuff out. On top of that when we purchase the unit the lock mechanism was broke the door was broke we had to Jimmy rig it because the general manager at the time did not want to drive 45 minutes to make sure that our items was Secure
Daniel E | Overall ExperienceThere was only one woman at the office that seemed to be very helpful the other woman seemed a little rude, I had an extra lock on my storage unit and I was asking about it for some reason that was a funny joke to the other none helpful woman in the office. Unfortunately I don’t remember the good workers name but she also helped me end my one way contract so you could possibly fine her that way. Also don’t appreciate paying over 1,000 for a moving truck with a slipping transmission the whole time driving from SC to IN…
