There was only one woman at the office that seemed to be very helpful the other woman seemed a little rude, I had an extra lock on my storage unit and I was asking about it for some reason that was a funny joke to the other none helpful woman in the office. Unfortunately I don’t remember the good workers name but she also helped me end my one way contract so you could possibly fine her that way. Also don’t appreciate paying over 1,000 for a moving truck with a slipping transmission the whole time driving from SC to IN…

SHETILA R | First ImpressionsWhen I arrived, it was quite busy with only one person behind the desk and a line of 4 waiting to be helped. Once there was about 2 left in line, there was another staff member who hopped behind the desk and helped me out. She was very helpful. Originally, I asked for a 5 x 12 unit which we filed all the paperwork for and I made my way out there to find it wasn't going to be big enough to fit all the items i needed to store. I had to go back and try and transition into a bigger unit, which the staff member was very kind in doing that procedure for me. There were a few bumps where the key to get into the storage area didn't work so I had to go back and forth a few times until we got it right. Once i went to the bigger unit she switched me to, there was a problem with one of the doors not locking, which i went back into the office and spoke to them about. Although, frustrated with the situation, she was very kind in helping me file more paperwork to transfer me into another unit of the same size. So, in this case, third one was ultimately a charm. The unit was clean and just what i needed. The reason its not 5 star rating was for the trouble i had to go through and the unit that was busted. Another than that the place was well kept, and staff for the most part were more friendly to me than to each other.

Brenda O | First ImpressionsThe only problem I had with it was I moved out on Sept. 7 and they sent me a bill for the next month when I told them when I rented the uhaul that my storage would be vacant and clean and they told me to leave the door open and take a picture wich I did . But other than that everything was good. Thank-you
