The first gentleman waited on us. It took forever for him to acknowledge that I was standing in front of him. He was doing something on the cash register, and then the phone rang and he took that left me standing there the whole time and when I he sense my frustration he did tell me he would be with me in a minute once he started dealing with me. He was fine and then another guy came in and took over. He was very good, but I personally think you should address the customer in front of you answer the phone and put them on hold and then go back to your call once you’re customer that’s there is taken care of.
