This place is wonderful. Even though it’s not close to where we are now, if I needed a storage unit, I would not hesitate to come back here. Highly recommend.

STEVEN S | Overall ExperienceThis place was an absolute nightmare of a storage experience. I can’t even begin to explain how poorly managed this place was. From being lied to that I would have an electrical outlet next to my storage unit to them not ever fixing the outlet. Also there are so many electrical problems here that I actually got trapped inside the gated storage area. Yes. I got trapped in there and couldn’t get out. I had to literally climb the fence. Thank God I didn’t fall and break anything. Where was the manager Meredith? No where to be found. Couldn’t get a hold of her. Not available. Texted her, phoned her and left a voice mail. She finally got back to me hours later after I had to have my wife wake up our daughters to come pick me up at 9:30 pm. Meredith didn’t even apologize on her own. I had to call her out cause all she had to say was “were you able to get out?”. Unbelievable. I deserve a full refund for all my time there. For that craziness and the fact that I didn’t get what I asked for. I was misled and told that I would have access to a power outlet that worked. That was not the case. Straight up lies. Terrible experience . I want a full refund for my time with u-haul.
