I was threatening auctioned I was verbally told if I didn't pay...etc. I don't know who this guy fooled into becoming a Mgr but he is sneaky ,rude, unprofessional. I even rented a truck from downtown location cause all I wanted with him was to remove my property. He has to be friends with someone in U-Haul I have been using Uhaul and never seen so much negativity.
