The storage units was spacey and huge I had two units in my difficult time in need!!!! You all made me feel better when I got A text saying I get to get a free storage for a month. That made me smile and was so thankful I appreciate this so much I’m a satisfied customer and love that I get to keep the locks!!! Thank you for making my difficult time moving a sunshine at the end!!! I would recommend to others!!! I hope just next time I use storage they cut the prices down way down Yes everyone was nice and they explained things I didn’t understand thank you so much uhal I truly appreciate it!!

EMILY L | First ImpressionsI couldn't get an access code...and the property manager wanted me to come in and meet him just so he could see me put in my code...like I was lying about it...I eventually just gave up...ask for a refund and never received a call back
Nathen C | Overall ExperienceWas highly disappointed that after paying $90 a month I couldn’t use the dumpster! So what’s the high rate for? I also found mice poop in my unit I hitch I saw others had traps and I did not. I also didn’t like that for the rate it closed down at 10.
ELIZABETH T | Overall ExperienceOverall, good. Staff were friendly and responsive to issues raised. There was frequently a lack of carts. In the winter, doors would get frozen or damaged - there were a couple days I couldn't get into the building. There was frequently debris in the parking lot and pavement (screws, broken glass, etc.) - I seems like a mini street sweeper might be regularly needed. The main reason I moved out was to get a unit closer to my home, as I access my unit nearly daily.

I called to explain what I was wanting to do and he was patient in listening to me and my desired outcome and HE HAD A BETTER OFFER!!! He let me know that he could actually offer me the same amount of space i was wanting while saving me almost $40 a month because he listened and suggested a larger unit for me which I didnt even look at because I assumed they would be to expensive but after Xzavier the GM explained the sizing to me better I can actually close my small storage i have with an -extra space stoage- I have in northeast and move all my stuff into the larger unit the GM suggested for me!!!! Again he's saving me almost $40 a month now and I have more space!!!! Great customer service 100/10 stars
