I called and the young lady helped me over the phone, and when I came to get the keys to the unit she was helpful and informative. We loaded everything into the unit with only a couple minutes before close. She wasn’t pushy or annoyed, she congratulated us on our swift loading out and in. I felt like I was given top notch service.
