I arrived July 6th around 4:30pm. The staff indicated I could not be on property after they left at 5pm. The staff on the 6th could not locate my reservation. The staff on the 6th was useless. The staff on the 7th was friendly and helpful. Overall my initial experience on the 6th is the lasting impression of two people who couldn’t help me, seeming as if they just wanted me to leave so they could close early
Emmanuel L | First ImpressionsThe Kokomo location is understaffed for a weekend. I arrived at 1:15. Took about 45 minutes to get checked in and I was the first person in line. Then when the storage unit was found to be too small to get a queen bed through. I had to wait another hour before for help but was never helped. At this point the I needed to turn the truck in before 5 and it was almost 3. I decided to just book a different storage unit elsewhere. You need more than one person on the weekends!! Absolutely ridiculous. I felt bad for the dude working but at the same time just help one person at a time.
