MaryAnn S | Overall ExperienceThe storage facility itself was fine; it is just that it is WAY TOO HIGH!!! And they go up too much way too often and their late fees are atrocious!!! There is NO WAY that that little storage space should be $300-400 a month! That’s more than my 3 bedroom-2.5 bathroom condo’s mortgage in East Tennessee! Come down on the monthly rent and then it’d be a PERFECT place to hold your belongings.
Scotty R | Overall ExperienceBecause I MOVED OUT OF MY UNIT #3180 AND AM NOT GETTING REIMBURSEMENT FOR LEAVING 11 TO 12 DAYS EARLY. MY BILL IS AUTO PAY DUE ON THE 6th of every month. Other companies a couple years ago, gave me reimbursement my Unit bc I was always paying on time due to Auto Pay program. So , like here , prorated , I would get $70 +. For returning Storage Unit 11-12 days before end of billing cycle.

What keeps me and my family coming back to this location, and recommending this location, IS THE TEAM. They are beyond professional, super helpful, friendly, and kind. They offer that "old kind" of customer service that is too often missing in other businesses these days. I recently rented a storage unit for work. VERY clean and VERY secure. So easy to move in. They have tons of carts for loading and unloading, and the dock to park is perfection. I highly recommend U-Haul in Lake Forest, California for your truck rentals, supplies, and storage.
